İktisadi Kalkınma Vakf (http://ikv.org.tr/), Barcelona’daki Uluslararası İlişkiler Merkezi (http://www.cidob.org/),tarafından düzenlenen ve Avrupa İktisadi İşbirliği Vakfı (http://www.eleclece.eu/en/)ve Obra Social La Caixa’ Vakfının (http://obrasocial.lacaixa.es/ambitos/becas_es.html) işbirliği ile düzenlenen bu toplantı İngilizce yürütülecektir.
