The meeting which took place on March 30, 2017 at the Point Hotel Barbaros in Istanbul is a repetition of a similar meeting which took place in Ankara on March 15 . This project co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey aims at not only helping finance projects proposed bu associations, foundations, and othe ngo’s but also help them collaborate with similar institutions in the EU.
