Changing the Course to Europe: Sixty Years from the Treaties of Rome

The conference is organized on the initiative of the European Movements in Italy and France In cooperation with the Representation of the Commission in Italy and the Centre EuroSapienza. The event  will take place at the Amphitheatre of University La Sapienza. The program is as follows:

First session  2:00 pm – 5:00 pm  Workshop “From cities and territories for a democratic and
united Europe”
Second session 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
–     “Dialogue, consultation and communication : the youth generation and Europe ”
–     “Dialogue with the Erasmus generation and the students of the “Trial to Europe”

  6:30 pm – 7:30 pm  Europe in music by Santino Spinelli and his European Orchestra of Peace

7:30 pm – 8:30 Break

Third Session 8:30 pm – 00:00 pm
–    “Europe, land of rights: solidarity, equality, justice, peace, federal democracy”
Moderator: Yves Bertoncini (European Movement France)
Jo Leinen(MEI) and Monica Frassoni (EGP) will discuss about the project, the method and the agenda with the
representatives of the civil society organizations members of the coalition “Changing the course to Europe”

11:00 pm – 11:30 pm Europe in the rhythm of Jazz by Dino Pesole and his Scoop Jazz Band
